​We all have feelings of stress, anxiety and sadness from time to time. While distressing, these emotions are normal and can actually be very helpful, alerting us to protect ourselves, or even motivate us to take steps towards change.
Sometimes, however, these feelings can be persistent, crippling, and can impact various areas of our life. This may include relationships, work, study, looking after ourselves, and our physical health. It impacts our mental health & wellbeing and we can become stuck in a loop of worry.

Identifying and becoming aware of our thoughts and feelings can help us to understand our habits, patterns, and reactions to certain events. Together, we can work breaking out of these unhelpful thinking loops. We can learn to notice when these feelings arise and find a way to cope with them in a meaningful way. ​
